    I have only had this microwave for 2 years. Installed by best buy. The handle started coming loose, and plastic pieces have been falling off of the base of the door, and one of the washers holding the door in place broke in half. Only 2 adults using the microwave with normal use. We replaced the washer ourselves. It just makes me mad that the whole surface of the bottom of the door has cracked and chunks of it have fallen off. Would not buy again.

    Had it for a little over a year. The screen went out. I cant see how long I’m heating something for. Buyer beware!

    Microwave works well, powerful and cooks food well. The exhaust fan is a bit loud, as are most in this class of over the range microwaves. If you need a combo unit, this is a great way to go. If sound is important I think you would be better getting a range hood and separate microwave.
