This microwave is sleek, easy to use, and has a ton of features. The highlight was the service we got from visiting the store! We have not had that ease of purchase or someone servicing us that was that knowledgeable in a long time!

After having microwave installed 17 days ago microwave wont turn on. Best Buys wont do anything and contacting the manufacturer has presented its own challenges. Will update

I have no complaints at all. I LOVE this microwave and all of its features. People that have said it is noisy, IT IS NOT. IF you do hear a rattling sound, that is because there is a space between the right side of the microwave and the right cabinet. I fixed my rattling by having hubby put a SPACER between the right side of microwave and right cabinet. It stopped the rattling but for those that do not know, I agree, the rattling noise can be annoying but an EASY fix. Purchased in Sept 2018 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Microwave works fine and is easy to clean. It is the type with a turntable. There is a button on the front to turn off the turntable rotation if needed. Like every microwave, when you get a new one, you have to relearn the button press sequences. If you open the door, on the lower inside edge of the oven there is a list of number codes for cooking, reheating various typical foods. It is easy to find one that is similar to the thing you are cooking so you can select an appropriate code. Then it will use sensors to cook the proper length of time. The sensor cooking works well this way. The exhaust fan has several speeds, including the very powerful "turbo", and you can leave the fan on a timer, so that it will continue working for several minutes to half an hour and then turn itself off. This is a nice feature. I chose this oven to match an LG range/oven -- and got $100 off the microwave off for buying them together. I chose this one over another LG that was next to it in the store, because the door latch mechanism seemed to operate more smoothly. I give it four instead of five stars because it does not have a one button "quick settings" for something like "boil a cup of water", "1 minute" or "popcorn". Any usage requires a minimum of two button presses. But really, it is a perfectly good microwave.

Can't read control panel in low light. Door is too large. Larger than opening.

We were really disappointed with one specific problem that became immediately obvious the first day after installing this microwave. THE CONTROLS ARE NOT ILLUMINATED!!! This is not a problem when all the kitchen lights are turned on, but we find it extremely difficult to see the control panel buttons when the kitchen is only partially illuminated. Other than that problem, the microwave works very well. It's just hard to make the microwave work correctly when you cannot see the controls. Users have submitted many pictures of their installed microwaves. In none of those pictures can you see the controls that are located on the front of the microwaves. Very irritating.

Want to make some soup? Boil some water for pasta? You'd better keep to the left side of your stovetop, and hope your touchpad doesn't flip out. I bought this microwave in July '15, and had to call LG three times to have someone come out after the touchpad stopped working. All three times it happened after boiling water on the right side of my stove, which is right under the touchpad. Each time is was a few days before a service tech could make it out, and the touchpad came back to life before they arrived. They told me that, since the problem was "solved", and the microwave was functioning "properly", they weren't authorized to repair or replace any parts. It's now been three days after my wife made some soup, and we've been without a functioning microwave ever since. We've left it unplugged for a day, and nothing. The light turns on when the door is opened. When plugging it back in the display prompts you to set the time. But the touchpad is still unresponsive. The kicker being that the warranty period is over, and now if I want it repaired I need to pay a service fee. For an ongoing issue that was reported during the warranty period but was never repaired. This microwave is garbage. We purchased all LG appliances for our kitchen, and love the way they look. Fortunately when our refrigerator died it was still under warranty, and we got it fixed. The microwave failed under warranty, but was never repaired, and now LG doesn't care to help. 50% failure rate for our LG kitchen appliances. Absolutely horrible. We will never again be purchasing another LG appliance, or any other LG product.

Replaced our old failing microwave with this one. Works well and has many great features our previous microwave did not have. We love it!

We got this microwave to replace another one like it that was four years old and no longer worked. This one is much better designed. It's attractive and works great!

Product is great and had easy to understand and implement instructions for install. Purchase was done online and the pick up was smooth.

It is really nice. We are getti g use to it because different from our old one. We love this one. It is so easy to.use and we like the color inside.
