    This was a replacement for my old LG microwave. This is so much better than what I had--what an improvement. Everything about this microwave is very pleasing. It is easy to clean both inside and outside. I am happy that I upgraded and did not purchase one like I had.

    We got this to replace our Viking that recently died. It’s definitely much modern looking and the ding that lets you know your food is ready is pleasant sounding. It’s not a chime and reminds me of the ringtones from the 90s. It’s roomy, spacious and I like that there is no bulky handle. It’s also very strong.

    Bought this to replace old tired one. Looks great, so far so good, works well. Only Complaint: Does not have an LED light which surprised me and the light makes the interior get hot!

    Preferred our 12 year old origninal LG Microwave Hood. Better design and less noisey. This one is fussy. If you put something in the microwave in advance of using - it won't run until you open and close the door again. An annoying safety feature. The door has to be opened most of the way to reach the cooking area - as the space on the right side is taken up by mechanical stuff. It is also annoying at beeping. I must read the entire manual to see if I can turn off all the alerts / alarms / reminders. Also, doesn't seem as powerful as rated - especially at lower power levels.

    We bought this microwave in November 2024. Initially it was very quiet as expected but after the first two weeks when it runs it is very loud. Not sure why. It heats everything up fine but is so loud that it even drowns out our kitchen TV when it runs. Anyone have any idea why or how to stop it? I would not recommend this item unless it stops being so loud.

    We love this microwave. So clean and smudge proof and easy to use. Only dislike is the vent screen doesn't always stay attached and falls out but that seems to happen with all built in microwaves. Definitely not a deal breaker!
