I bought this microwave in Jan 2025. In August 2025 it stopped working (keep in mind I am not a heavy duty user of this microwave. I only use the basic time setting to reheat food. I'm not using all the bells and whistles and not doing anything complicated with it). It would turn on but not heat the food. It was still under the one year warranty. I contacted customer service and they sent someone to fix it - they replaced the magnatron. Great. Three weeks later, it breaks again. I called customer service and had to spend another hour troubleshooting with them even though I knew what the problem was (the magnatron - same problem as before). They then told me I needed to get it repaired again, which I already knew, but fine. The representative put me through to someone else and the call was dropped. I then sent an email through the "Office of the President" via LGs website, and someone got in touch with me next day - great. They set me up with ANOTHER repairman, and someone came a week and a half later and fixed it again (it was the same thing - the magnatron). Two days later IT BROKE AGAIN. The same issue! I contacted them again and said I just wanted a refund. They said they couldn't refund or replace unless a tech said it's unrepairable. They said they'd find a tech and it would take 3-5 business days. Here I am, two weeks later and I still haven't heard back! This is from the "Presidential Liason's Office"! I've texted them back twice on the same text string we've used before and they've basically ghosted me at this point. So, if you think a warranty from LG means anything, think again! If you think they'll stand behind their product, they clearly don't. They sold me a lemon, made me jump through hoops to get anything done at all, and then just stopped responding. I still have two months left on my warranty and at this point they've probably spent more on parts and repair than they would have on a dang replacement, which I asked for from the beginning. Personally, I will never, ever buy any product from LG again, and I have to replace my fridge and washer/dryer in the next couple of years. Terrible customer service, meaningless warranty and overall bad company. AVOID

Nice microwave and range hood combo. Easy to install and use.

At this point, the microwave seems to be very efficient for us. The only thing it does not have is a light to come on automatically at a desired time. Basically to be used as a nightlight in the kitchen.

Love the overall convenience of this microwave with the ability to have a plate of food reheated by touching just 3 buttons. The food comes out evenly and throughly reheated but not burning hot. Wish I had this sooner. Worth the money!

Easy to install with a little help from capable friends. All the features are easy to use. It would be nice if the menu items on the front illuminated when you initiate a cook request.

Best decision ever! This product is A++++ - its sleek design and upgraded features makes me want to sign! LOL

We chose this microwave because of its looks, but it microwaves great as well. You are touching the glass for inputs so it will require cleaning your fingerprints off every now and then but no qualms here. Great purchase

Excellent. Very easy install and love the 4 fan speeds. Low is very quiet, our old one sound like a jet was taking off.

So far so good. Heats really good and does not make a lot a noise.

Overall a great microwave! Only complaint is the difficulty reading the controls. Should be backlit. Otherwise very happy with the purchase.

This is a pretty nice microwave. The presets work well, especially on ice cream. One drawback is you can barely see inside while it is cooking. I like to see if the food is cooking too fast or too much but that’s hard to do in this oven.

This is newer technology compared to my old one. Has a lot of nice features that I really like. A nice updated addition look to my kitchen.

This microwave is great. We replaced another one that was only 2 years old because it was terrible. Best advice research wattage of the microwave always. This has one touch, meaning if you need 1 minute all you do is select 1 and it starts. My husband wanted that feature, but couldn't find it listed on any models so that was a huge plus when we had it installed. Love that it is EasyClean. All that means is that it wipes down really easy, but other brands seem to have coating that is tough to clean. This one is spotless when you just take a cloth and wipe the inside. We also needed a brand that would actually pop a bag of popcorn. This is great. We just set the time for 3 minutes and it is perfect.
