    Salespeople were knowledgeable and very helpful in making the final purchasing decision and setting up a convenient installation appointment. Installation was done quickly and efficiently. No trace of debris was left behind. Professional and courteous as we were walked through the basic appliance operations.

    Great microwave for the price. We wanted the black stainless steel but when we saw the price of the filler panels (about the price of the microwave itself!) We decided to go with the stainless steel because we could use our existing panels from the old microwave. LG needs to think about lower the price. It was ridiculous to pay as much for black stainless steel panels & the price of the microwave!

    I love LG products there are one of the only appliance manufacturers that make durable products that don’t break within 2-3 years I’ve spent my money well every time that I’ve purchased their products and still using them after years too !!!

    This microwave works great and easy to operate. Inside is big. I can put a whole large pizza box with the pizza inside and the door will close easily. The only thing that would make this a 5 star rating is the panel in front does not light up the fonts and numbers on the panel. That would have been great. But its not a big deal. But it would have been nice to have.

    This is my 3rd unit, my son blew up the last one but he is just fine. I chose this one because of the child lock feature. The child lock feature locks the display so even if your child puts something in it, the buttons won't activate.

    I’m happy with over the range microwave itself but very disappointed at Best Buy installer. Despite several back and forth, I would say the install service doesn’t deserve PROFESSIONAL title, at least, that was what I was charged for. I think a rookie would do a better job than Best Buy installer. Is there anyway I can get my money back?
