    Microwave works as expected. Reheat coffee in one minute- previous device took 90 sec. Very strong. Only problem was 3 week installation wait. Crew that came was excellent but the wait seemed excessive for a 45 minute install. Best buy needs to do better

    We ended up getting this model since it was the newest model out. Our previous model only lasted 3.5 years. They thought the magnatron went bad and replaced it but to resolution. It still didn’t work. So we got refunded and bought this one. I really hope this one lasts longer than 3.5 years for 2 people.

    Terrible display. It does not have a backlight to be able to read the buttons. I have to turn on the lights for the whole kitchen to read which buttons to push. Also, it has an add 30 seconds button...I'd prefer an add 10 second button. It does not have a turntable off button. I would not buy this again just because of the poor display.

    Great looking microwave with lots of features. I bought this one specifically because you open it by pulling at the lower right. I’ve had others with a handle that gets out out alignment by pulling at the bottom and not the middle.
