    bigger (height) than really needs to be and complicated to register and get online and the install folks were very rushed. But seems to do everything as expected. The real test of all such items is how they work after a year or so - only had this one a few weeks. My previous one lasted nearly 20 years, until the handle broke.

    This is the sleekest and best looking microwave. It’s on the quieter side also and heats up our food pretty evenly. We loves everything about it.

    Fit perfectly as a replacement for a previous model LG microwave. Even the old brackets fit. It would be nice if the buttons had a low back light when pressed so that you can use it without turning on lights but it works and looks great.

    Love this microwave. Works well. The pre-programmed buttons are great. My kids loved that it plays a happy little tune when it finished rather than annoying beeps.

    After i installed this unit i tested it out and found out it makes the annoying chimes my countertop mocro in my breakroom makes. I shut off the sound, but found out that it also turns off the timer notifications as well so i jad to turn the sounds back on. Overall, ot

    The controls are not the most intuitive and the instructions are extensive. They seem to have stressed many automated steps and overlooked the simple manual ones. As someone who only uses it occasionally, I am struggling with the time setting. It is not idiot proof.

    We upgraded our kitchen to gas stove and bought this to install as our vent to the outside. Our other micro wave was 20 years old with no issues and needed an upgrade. Hope this last as long.

    So far, so good and got a lot of buttons on it. A lot of settings to pick from we haven't tried them all. But we got time. My daughter said when she first walked in and saw it when we get the new spaceship

    We ordered this microwave for a condominium unit and it was kept safely in the box for 2 months before the renovation was complete and it could be installed. It worked twice then failed to heat at all. Power, vent fan, lights, rotating platter all working, but absolutely no heating. Because of the time elapsed between purchase and installation, the return date has expired. Geek Squad came out and replaced the magnetron but that didn't work so a 2nd visit will be required after waiting for more parts to be shipped. The microwave has to be uninstalled every time they service it, and it takes 3 failed repairs before Best Buy will just replace the unit. I called and asked for a new unit and was denied. I called LG at Best Buy's request and they said they cannot issue a return authorization until they send their own technician out to attempt repairs. All this when trying to use the home one weekend out of every couple of months, and the repair team requires someone the unit during repairs. Tricky when we are not there and the only times we can be there are when we are trying to enjoy a little break from work (without a functioning microwave). No new microwave should fail after 2 uses and in my book is a lemon without having to suffer through up to 3 repair visits and months of inability to use the unit. All reps have been friendly and professional, but if this is what "Total Rewards" buys you, the program could be FAR more forgiving on products that fail out of the gates. Just offer a replacement unit---at $300, it's far less expensive than sending a team of 2 technicians 3 times, and unmeasurably more convenient for the customer. Questioning my choice of LG and Best Buy for the first time ever....

    I love how fast and efficient this microwave is, but it is difficult to read the front panel. It should be lit up because it is simply to dark to read easily.

    This unit replaced a GE microwave. Although it has 50 Watts more power it seems to take longer heating food but it doesn't seem to be an issue. A microwave looks good and the sensor function performs well.
