This microwave is very sleek looking and does a wonderful job at even heating. The only thing I have against it is that a 13x9 inch pan does not fit so that it can turn around.

Attractive and Functional. We love the sleek look of this microwave. So far the only program that does not work for our needs is the popcorn program. We have learned how to use the microwave to make popcorn by using a timed function.

The installers offered no help in how to operate the microwave. I figured out how to use it for basic operations and how to set the time. The time displays for a short amount of time then disappears until the door is opened and then it cycles on and off again. Have to check the manual about this and the many other features that are not easy to use. Seems like a good microwave with many possibilities, though.

This microwave looks go modern and sleek. It fits perfectly in the existing space. It works as expected. Very happy with the purchase. Too soon to review on reliability. Time will tell.

As I updated all my over appliances, the microwave was not as important; however, it took minimal time to install and have operational. Moreover, it has some of the best features. Great microwave.

I had a GE before and when it died I decided to try a different brand and it fit the available space in side my cabinet. The size and power of the unit is very nice. The only thing I don’t like about the microwave is the small window to view the food when it is being heated up and the ever so harshness of opening and closing the door. It feels a little cheap.

This is one of the most beautiful microwaves made with a modern touch of elegance, stainless steel and glass. We are extremely satisfied with the product and have bought one floor in our entertainment area also. The white is excellent and all food items are cooked at the proper recommended times without standing results.

Sharp looking microwave. Not too difficult to install. Very quiet microwave while in use.

I’m very happy with my LG 2.0 cu ft over the range microwave that replaced my 17 yr old Frigidaire Gallery microwave. I’ve only had it a little over a month now but so far very pleased. Very spacious inside but don’t usually use the rack that came with it.

Looks nice and sleek, it is also spacious, good experience with LG so far.

The microwave works just fine. The buttons are very responsive; just have to touch them; barely have to push them at all. The door must be spring-loaded; it does not remain in the fully open position. The door is also very squeaky. I made sure it is not rubbing on anything. The primary issues we have are the exterior light, the inside rack, and the door window. The exterior light on the underside is too dim. Our previous LG microwave, which gave up the ghost after 8 years, had 2 lights underneath and was much better to use when cooking on the stove-top. This new unit has 1 light. The position of the inside rack drives us crazy. It is centered in the interior height of the oven. The rack on our previous LG model was higher; we rarely had to remove the rack for taller containers. We have to remove the rack on this new microwave about 80% of the time. Of course, it isn't difficult to do; it's just very inconvenient. Lastly, the door-window. The viewing portion is so small that you cannot watch the food while using the oven. We did not have this issue with our previous LG oven. My wife is is 5' 2" and cannot see anything inside this new oven; she had no problem with the old one. I am 5' 11" and have to stand on my toes to have a look at whatever is warming/cooking in the oven. My wife curses this unit every time she has to use it. I do not recommend it as an over-the-range microwave.

I just had my thiird LG over the range microweave in 6 years installed. For the first one, I did not purchase an extended service plan. It failed just after the factory warranty expired. LG offered no help. Rather than pay for a service call, I just replaced it with an identical one. This time I bought a five year extended service plan. It failed just like the first one soon after the factory warranty expired. It was repaired under the service plan. At about 4 years old, it no longer heated anything. The service plan gave me an allowance towards a new one. I bought another LG hoping to use the same mounting holes in my cabinet. It needed different holes. I had it installed by Best Buy and because LG micorwave ovens have proved so unreliable, I again purchased a 5 year service plan. Based on past experience, I expect that I will need it. The newer oven seems to work well. It lacks the nice custom cook setting that the older oven had so for a common item that I warm up I now have to press 4 buttons rather than one (a minor inconvenience) The smartphone app lets you select cook time and power level, but there is no function to actually start the oven, What's the point of having the phone app if you still need to walk up to the oven to start it????? Based upon experience with two prior LG microwave ovens, I expect that this one will fail at about 14 moneths old.
