This microwave looks so clean installed. The lack of any front handle makes it almost disappear in the cabinets with a very clean/basic front design.

I got this unit to match my black stainless fridge. It has all the standard good features, popcorn, 30sec, sensor, etc. Another positive is the control panel is glass instead of plastic membrane. What I don't like is the window into the cooking area is half way blocked off so you can barely see in especially at above the stove height. I believe they did this because their step up model puts the controls on the door, so they save money on parts, but I can't see in like my previous Whirl Pool. Also it uses G8 pin halogen bulbs that are dimmed down instead of LEDs and it's hard to find a LED replacement for them, above the stove and in the cooking chamber. The Halogens run hot and are not bright enough for me and obviously will use more energy than LEDs. But the unit matches my stove, fridge, and dishwasher and cooks just fine.

Nice looking microwave but again always showing fingerprints. My old one had a quick start button for 1-6 minutes. One touch ease if this one has it I haven’t been able to find it. The viewing window is also too small and too dark can’t barely see anything while cooking.

I love this microwave. The interior is super easy to clean and it has all the right features for a great price. Plus Best Buy delivery is very professional, safe and they have great customer service. It would be hard to go wrong with this one!

I am happy with it but my husband says it does not get his TV dinners or soup as hot as he is used to and my son says he doesn't like the size of the display numbers. My husband does not use the pre sets. I found that the preset for soup gets it very hot indeed.

Bought this as a replacement for another LG. Was easy to install and worked fine. Had trouble finding all the parts until I looked on the outside of the shipping padding. (Called Best Buy, but was put on hold.) Used exercise ball to lift and hold oven while I installed it, making it a one person job.

Purchased as an open box. Everything was there except the wall mount that I was able to get on Amazon. The product it’s self is great very easy to use

I found this microwave very easy to operate and very little noise

great microwave. It takes a few times to get used to the wide opening but it soon becomes routine. The controls across the bottom are a big help if you have short people in the home and the detailed explanations of the shortcut cooking keys on the inside panel behind the door are a great idea. The 4 speed fan is actually very quiet and the reduced height is convenient for cooking beneath it.

This microwave is a monster! I will say, it took my husband and I a while to install it, but that's because we didn't have cabinets to install it to above it. You'll need that, or you'll have to do like what we did and install a box above it to attach to. We did have a little problem trying to figure out the venting system and how to vent it out into the room. Not sure if this was because of vague directions, or if I didn't look close enough, but it caused quite a bit of frustration. We were starting to think you had to vent it into the attic of out the back even though we were told you could vent out into the room! Once we figured it out, it was a pretty quick switch and we were good to go! This thing is huge and seems pretty powerful. The ONLY thing I don't care for is the clock on it seems small and not very bright....but I mean, everyone has a cell phone these days, so it's not a big deal, right?

as I have found with all LG products this microwave looks great and works better. It has the look of a very expensive one but is well priced. I installed this one as a surprise for my parents while they were away for christmas and they were blown away but it. They love it. It was a homerun for me.

Fantastic, easy to use. Even cooking, reheating, defrosting and soften/melt setting! Wish the light was a little brighter but is still good. I like that fan has 4 settings as my kitchen has no duct work. Fan vents out top for my kitchen.

A very good microwave, the clock resets when the power goes out.

I chose this microwave because it was one of only two brands that would fit above my backsplash, and the LG models were on sale for a great price. Installation was relatively simple, and I've been pleased with it since I put it in. The 4 speed fan is a definite bonus.

Love all the features of my new microwave. The only thing missing is a light for inside the microwave. I would like to see inside the microwave when my food is cooking. Overall I am happy with my microwave.

I have only owned this unit for a few days, so I cannot comment on reliability. There were a few features about this that let me to choose this model: * The fan vents are toward the front, so they are more effective; * sensor cooking; * there are controls for +30seconds, +10seconds, and -10seconds (this allows you to put food in, push +30seconds and the cooking starts immediately with one touch. Then you can adjust the time as you like while the food is cooking. For example, for 1 minute, put the food in and push +30seconds twice.) One kind of significant flaw: The viewing area through the door is pretty small, and unless you are fairly tall, you cannot see the food on the carousel until you are standing pretty close to the door.
