We love this microwave! Of importance has been the cooking light and the ability to read the buttons in low light settings - middle of the night, for instance! The sensor cooking is great - saves time and guessing. Definitely the right choice for us.

Came in with a couple small dents. Luckily not where they would show. But I do like the black stainless. It does show the finger prints much.

This is a very nice spacious microwave. The color blends very nicely with my other appliances.

We ended up returning because we went a different direction with kitchen design. However, it would have looked great over our lg range.

Great Microwave oven, Has all smart features you might need on daily basis and has LG smart integration.

We chose this particular microwave because it matched with our new range. Glad we did. Nice, clean contemporary lines, easy to program, very good exhaust fan for the stovetop, and well built. We are always pleased with our LG purchases, and I expect this will bring us years of trouble free use. Best Buy installation was done well and in a very professional manner. Thank you for that.

Excellent microwave and has great look in kitchen!

bigger (height) than really needs to be and complicated to register and get online and the install folks were very rushed. But seems to do everything as expected. The real test of all such items is how they work after a year or so - only had this one a few weeks. My previous one lasted nearly 20 years, until the handle broke.

Spacious interior and yet took up little more room than my previous microwave. Love the custom settings for reheating. Easy to use too.

The microwave operates about the same as any other. The functions are great and easy to use. The shelf could be positioned a bit higher in the cavity and a larger observation window would be helpful because I’m so short I can’t keep a check on things. It’s always good to spot a boil over before it makes a mess. Minor issues, only problematic for short folks. The product is everything you could ask for in a microwave.

Has many preset heating programs and it is very convenient with all the functions that it has. I just wish the window in the door is larger so we can see the inside and make sure it isn't boiling over. Also, I wish we can use the key pad to quickly request the cooking time, by pressing 1 for 1 min, 2 for 2 mins, 3 for 3 mins ...etc. and it will start right away, instead of too many clicks. but overall it is a great product.

Product arrived in two days. I don't think we have tried all the options yet but we are very happy with it's performance so far.

Bought this as our GE unit kicked the bucket. Bought this to match our stove & fridge. So far, Not TOTALLY happy with it. The fan is quieter than the GE was. But, this LG: 1. Doesn't heat as well as our GE did. 2. Only 1 stove top light & it's not even centered. So, makes for a dim working space on the stove top. 3. Have to have book near to use Defrost, Soften & Sensor cook options as there are no on-board guides. 4. Express heating would be nice - press 1 for a quick 1 minute cook, etc. 5. Has a small view through the door. I'm short, so I can't see inside while in use without pulling over a chair or step stool. So far we haven't tried the Popcorn option yet, so that will be interesting, but hopefully this review will help someone in the future. I'm seriously considering returning this, but my options on other units are looking very limited right now.

An awesome Microwave with all the great features. The only con...is when turning on the light underneath the microwave to light up the range top, that light is so hot, it heats the glass turntable inside the microwave. I actually called on that matter and the rep. checked on that issue and they told her it was ok. Nothing to worry about. Other than that, we love the micro!!!
