    Soundbar is decent. It does not covert easily to HDMI ARC which is what i wanted. I love LG products but this soundbar is bottom to mid grade.

    Ended up returning. Wasn’t a great sound and was never able to get the Bluetooth to connect automatically when you turned the tv of and on each time

    Beware wireless subwoofer

    When the subwoofer actually paired and stayed paired, the sound was quite good. The problem is that the subwoofer never stayed paired consistently. Even though the soundbar and the subwoofer were about 2 feet apart from each other, the bluetooth pairing was never stable. Had to return this.

    Item was shipped to me severely damaged. Packing was horrible items were not secured at all product looked like it had been used for six months and dropped on the floor.

    Puchase open box lg sound bar. Marked excellent condition. When it came had missing parts. I tried to call the store to ask for a remote. I told them I mounted them to the wall. They said i could return it for a refund. But I may not be able to find another open box deal. So i have to remove it from the wall return it and either repair the wall or spend more money to buy a new sound bar. Also when you call the store to inquire about the problem you can never get though, it always goes to customer service outside the store. If LG or the lakeland store is reading this can you respond to my concerns?

    Failed to work out of the box

    It failed to power up right out of the box. And as I was moving from apartment to home, and purchased this shortly after move in day, I'd not had time to open and install it until past the 15 day return period. So Best Buy would not honor my walk in and replacing it, so now I'm having to deal with the manufacturer directly.

    Sound Is not great and sub woofer wont connect as well as doesn’t work at all like it claims . May as well just use the tv speakers

    DON'T BUY THIS SOUNDBAR

    It is the worst sound bar I have ever purchased. The remote is very difficult to make work. There are no instruction for it. I had to call LG to have instructions (which were impossible to understand) regarding the woofer. I may send it back.

    I bought this in the baton rouge location at the mall and i had no cables. No power to either the sound bar nor the subwoofer
