This sound bar dramatically improved the overall sound quality versus the tv sound alone. Setup was easy and the app to control the sound bar works well. Nice compact design so does not take up to much space. Definitely recommend.

We had a basic model Samsung soundbar for our 65" LG TV. While the sound was OK, the remote control was near impossible to operate. The volume control was a small bar with push-up/push-down controls...and it was never exact with the volume. This LG has better sound, although the Subwoofer helps greatly with that. The remote has separate buttons for volume up and volume down...making control eaiser and much more exact. Better sound than Samsung

Amazing Sound Quality and Great Value I’ve been using this LG S40T soundbar for several weeks, and I’m genuinely impressed. The setup was quick and easy, and it connected to my TV without any issues. The sound is clear, powerful, and much better than the built-in TV speakers. The wireless subwoofer adds deep, rich bass that makes movies, sports, and music much more enjoyable. Dialogue is crisp and easy to understand, even at lower volumes. I also appreciate the Bluetooth connectivity, which allows me to stream music from my phone effortlessly. For the price, this soundbar delivers excellent performance and features. It has completely upgraded my home entertainment experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality sound system without spending a fortune.

Sound quality is great Bass subwoofer sounds very good. It connects Blue tooth very easily and maintains connecqtion at a long distance range. I definitely recommend this equipment. Super Sound Bar

Once we configured the soundbar and TV to work together it provided the sound quality we expected. Highly recommend that when you purchase this soundbar go to the web and see how to configure it with the TV you intend to use it with. Don't rely on the included "user's" manual.

Overall this soundbar is pretty great. We have had it just under a year. At first we had some trouble with it disconnecting but I think it’s because we bought a universal remote and it wasn’t paired correctly. We haven’t had any issues since. The sound is great and it’s very simple to use.

I recently added the LG S40T soundbar to my entertainment setup, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance! Right out of the box, the installation was incredibly easy — it paired seamlessly with my TV and even let me control everything with my TV remote thanks to the convenient WOW Interface and HDMI eARC support.  The sound quality is excellent for a system at this price point: the 2.1-channel configuration delivers clear, balanced audio for movies, shows, and music. Dialogue comes through crisp and intelligible, especially with the Clear Voice Plus feature, and the wireless subwoofer adds impressive depth and bass that really enhances action scenes and bass-heavy tracks.

I would recommend this if you want something for a bedroom sound quality, this is a great option for that but for a living room that you want loud might not be the best option for that, other than that this soundbar is a great option overall.

Ive used this for 3 weeks now and so far, i have no issue with it, im using it via optical input. The sounf and woofer works as intended. One thing, somehow my tv doesnt have a feature to disable tv speaker even though i output it to my sound bar so tv speakers and sound bar both active at the same time. I have to mute tv speaker so there is no sound confusion The sound quality is 10x bettet than my tv speakers for sure, i cna hear clearer sound and voices. The woofer makes the loud bass sequences sound better This is all personal experience. My experience varies from yours.

I honestly didn't know what to expect from this soundbar. I listened to the in-store display model and it impressed me. But after I purchased it, brought it home, and connected it to my TV, I was pleasantly shocked from how full and rich the sound was. The bass sounded massive, and the midrange & treble were loud and clear as well. Plus, I found it on Black Friday, so the unbeatable price was a definite bonus. Would I recommend this soundbar to anyone looking for one? Absolutely! You won't regret it. I promise you that.

I was very impressed with the performance of this soundbar. It has a very good bass subwoofer and the clarity of the soundbar is great when pare with an LG TV. It is a great price too. The only disappointing part is that the WOW orchestra will only work with LG TVs that are newer (last couple of years) and mine was purchased back in 2019 and can't run the software. Seems like LG could update the software on some of their older models to enable this function if they wanted too.

This sound bar was on sale for 138.00. I bought it to use with my new LG Smart AI TV. Was glad I bought it. the size and sound makes it a perfect match.

Great sound bar that is easy to setup and operate. Wish it had a wall mount for the soundbar. Seems like they used to.

Great sound if you use HDMI arc instead of optical. Plug and play. Plenty of robust sound in cinema mode.

The product works well and was easy and intuitive to setup. However, I ordered open box in "excellent" condition. Apparently, to Best Buy, excellent condition means missing parts. The soundbar shipped without the power cord. I informed customer service of this and asked to either be refunded the $20 I had to spend to purchase a power cord on my own or have them ship me a replacement cord. Apparently this large technology supplier does not have any replacement power cord! It's amazing to me that there can be hundreds of them available for purchase online but none from this tech supply giant. I guess Best Buy has really fallen on hard times. My only options were to drive to a store for a replacement (I don't think they'd refund my gas money) or to refund and repurchase the item (and hope it comes with all of its parts). I would recommend the soundbar, but I wouldn't recommend you buy it from Best Buy because they will leave you out to dry if there are any issues with the product.

This is the greatest electronic sound bar I've had, excellent sound and easy to set up and use
