There is only one sub woofer available with this purchase. We are still trying to figure out how to connect the subwoofer without it turning on and off. Other than that it’s a great starter surround sound.

Very poor sound and volume

The soundbar connected to an LG TV produces lower and weaker volume than the built in speakers on the TV itself. I chose this as an entry level unit to connect with my LG TV using the LG Sound Sync feature so I could use the TV remote to control the volume. Even at 100% volume level, it has lower sound and sound quality than the TV speakers do. The subwoofer is intermittent. I would have returned this unit and purchased a higher end device, but unfortunately because of the COVID-19 restrictions, It took many attempts to reach LG Customer service to try to troubleshoot the connection, quality and volume issues and by the time LG Customer Service recommended I return it to where I purchased it at, it was 16 days after I had received it and therefore the return window from Best Buy was closed. Now I am stuck with a box of equipment that is brand new and might only be able to recuperate 50% of what I paid for it by selling as a used piece of equipment. Disappointing product and disappointing return policy.
