This particular item I bought, I tried every troubleshooting method suggested in the manual and online, but could not get the subwoofer to connect with the soundbar with the bluetooth. Don't know why, but glad I was able to return it.

There was a delay/ echo thing and it was distracting. I almost sent it back. BUT, We recently purchased an LG TV and this is now working great. I have no idea why it should sync so much better but it is like a completely different product. I guess it really does pay to stick with a brand.

The bass was okay but the actual sound bar was terrible. Very tiny and would distort even at moderate volumes. My 7 year old cheap Visio bar did better. Returned it after a week of really trying to give it a chance

The instructions leave a lot to be desired - not all parts are used if you're not hanging it on the wall.
