I believe it used Bluetooth connectivity so the audio would cut out often and randomly but especially if someone was walking around the room. That’s to be expected while watching regular tv but this was happening while using all kinds of media such as Xbox, movie/tv apps etc. the sound bar by itself worked just fine but also with it only having 2 speakers it sounded very flat and like it was missing something. I used it for about a week before deciding to return it. Tried to give it a fair chance and adjusted sound setting etc but still just overall not satisfied with it. Ended up getting a Vizio M512A-H6 and am very happy and satisfied with that sound bar.
