Ended up returning the sound at and exchanging it for a Vizio which was better sound quality.

It sounds good but it is hard to find a nice sound mix/balance. The subwoofer either takes over or you can’t hear it. There’s really no in between. For the price point it does the job but if you’re a sound snob move along...this is not the way...

Googled the problem and tons, I mean TONS of people have had the same problem with no real solution. From firmware updates, moving router further away, turning it off and on, trying to reconnect/pair, turning settings on and off, nothing works. Wish it had happened within my returnable time date but guess I'm just stuck with it.
