Quality soundbar, upset with Best Buy

I would recommend the soundbar as the quality is great. I purchased the soundbar online and gave the unit as a gift. Much of my return time was wasted by purchasing the unit early. Once the box was opened parts were missing. no plug, no cord, no remote. I called the store to see what I could do. They were willing to return the unit. Another unit was not available, so I asked if they could discount the unit because items were missing. I could pick up a power cord and I probably already had the cable I needed. The store couldn't because I purchased the unit through the app and recommended I call the general 1-800 number. I tried calling and calling. Nothing less than a two hour wait no matter when I called. So one day I waited for the two hours. after an hour and 46 minutes someone clicked on and then immediately hung up before they spoke. YAY! I tried again the next day waiting but had to give up after 2 hours and 5 minutes. The following day I gave up with the long expected wait time and wanted to return the sound bar, it was no longer worth my time, but of course the last day to return the sound bar was the previous day and so now I'm stuck paying full price, missing parts and wasted hours on the phone with no help. Not happy Best Buy, not happy!

price and quality don't match in my opinion

I am not impressed compared to the cost of this system.
