Since we’ve had this product, the audio from the bar will cut out every now and then. Also, the subwoofer does not work properly either. Every time we use this unit, the subwoofer stops working momentarily several times throughout, whether we are gaming, watching movies, or listening to Pandora. When it does finally decide to work properly, it’s not a bad little unit for the price, which is the only reason I haven’t returned it yet. This unit was purchased as new I might add.

The subwoofer is solid despite being wireless and is definitely a good value. But the sound bar itself is SUPER scratchy and only seems to output high-frequency sounds (Sounds like I'm listening to something on my iPhone speaker). The result of these combined is amazing sound effects but TERRIBLE vocals. Would not recommend unless you already watch EVERYTHING on TV with subtitles.

And there is a problem with volume going in and out, especially on Xbox game/streaming sound.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.noticed that the sound cuts out randomly. when connected with the optical cord (which seems to stop the glitch in the sound) to the LG TV the, LG Magic remote no longer works with the sound bar. after you have set up the tv to recognize that the sound bar is connected by the optical cord not even the original sound bar remote will work with it. hoping I just got a dud - because other than the it does sound great in the basement.

Sounds great one minute, then the next sounds like it’s been pulling halfway down a tunnel. I know this is on the low end for a sound bar, but I at least expected it to work longer than a month! Outside of the return period, so I guess I’ll be purchasing something else unless I can figure out a fix.

The sound on this at max level is low, I thought for certain I had it on some weird setting because why and how would this sound bar be so weak. But after lots of problem solving I’ve had to accept this is it. So lame. Very disappointed and I do not recommend to anyone looking to get clean crispy and anywhere loud sound.
