Sound cuts out occasionally

When I track the repair status, it says that it has been repaired and shipped back to the store in West Hartford wher I dropped it. It's been a week now since the last update in the repair and I have not heard from anyone.. when I call the store, it doesn't matter what department I choose, I never get anyone to pick up the phone.
