    The volume wasn't as loud as I hoped it would be. The blue-tooth set-up was a bit confusing too.

    Works but Somehow when watching Hulu, movie is so low, can’t hear too good and comercial is super loud. I guess it’s the app

    Bought this after returning the Polk Signa S2 soundbar. Unfortunately, the sound was awful. Although quite bass heavy and deep, you couldn't hear what people were saying clearly. Positives - Paired with my tv remote. Negatives - Sound quality; had a max volume which wasn't very high. Although you could customize your settings (bass, treble) it didn't seem to help with sound quality. Back to the store it went.

    Sounds seems to go in and out. It's just OK in terms of sound quality. Should have gone for a Dolby Atmos device.

    It really sounds but has alot of popping noise for no reason from the subwoofer. Okay product but I would definitely by a better one than this.

    Not as loud as I would’ve hoped for and the subwoofer kicks in and out while music is play via Bluetooth

    Does what it should. The only down side is I can turn it off and it will power back up after a few minutes. Kind of annoying.

    Doesn't support HDMI ARC and when I connect to my Sharp TV (2014 model) wasn't receiving the audio properly and returned it.

    Buyer Beware Failure after 1 year

    Buyer beware. I bought this product on 09-05-2020 and the subwoofer began disconnecting from the sound bar about 9 months in to it. Please be sure to make not of if as soon as it happens because LG warranty expires after 1 year of purchase. As soon as you begin to see disconnection issues even for a little while it is a sign of your system failing. I failed to make note of it and on 01-06-2022 the subwoofer began shutting off and on more constantly to the point that the black cable would get hot. In an abundance of precaution, I decided to disconnect the subwoofer and just keep the soundbar. Please be careful when buying this product. It could be a fire hazard if ignored. One thing you will see is the red light on the subwoofer turning off and on. You will also hear the subwoofer turning on then slowly shutting off. Do not disregard the signs of failure. LG has the duty to replace the product within the warranty limitations. I will proceed with exhausting all administrative remedies before I proceed with action.

    The sound lags a little behind the display when watching using bluetooth. Have not found a way to fix it yet.

    The bass is great but the mids and treble arent good at all. I tried all of the different sound effects and the equalizer but it still isn't that great. On sale, maybe it is a ok purchase if you don't want to shop around but there's no way this is worth the full price they ask for. It really just acts as a subwoofer and my tv speakers are better than the sound bar.
