    It has great sound but is inconsistent on turning on and iff when turning on the televison.

    The wireless speaker began to cut off due to interference with other devices resulting in a very bad overall performance making you want to just not use the subwoofer because it ruins the movie cutting in and out. Finally works after voodoo magic and finding some weird sweet spot but honestly I wish I just bought one with the option for a wired connection

    Sometimes soundbar works amazing other times it doesn’t. And I can’t connect the soundbar to the tv.

    I would not buy again. I will probably return this next week. The subwoofer will sometimes make a loud pop. Other times it sounds like the subwoofer is coming in and out. I have tried placing the subwoofer in multiple locations. All locations are with 15’ of the soundbar.

    After one month of use it started losing sound, the bass sometimes automatically get increase.

    It sounds good the sound quality on a 1-10 is about a 5 maybe 6. The subwoofer does drop in&out ALOT! I would not ever buy this model again. I’m not turned off to LG because they make good products but this one just has too many issues. I might return it and upgrade. The build quality is good that’s why I rated it high.

    we all thought the product was good. But this spring whilr cleaning, the "bar" portion is warped.

    Sadly, unimpressive sound, No HDMI(ARC) connection so poor interaction with the TV. The audio is noticeably colored and does not reproduce music well. It's OK for the undiscerning but for those with discriminating ears you'll be disappointed. I returned this unit the next day and upgraded to a SN6Y 3.1. Much better

    The subwoofer cuts in and out and anytime I have my phone connected to Bluetooth to play music, the Bluetooth kicks off my phone and I have to reconnect to the speaker multiple times within an hour. Very displeased! Didn’t think I’d have any issues and threw away the packaging, but I was wrong!!

    The soundbar and woofer started out great. Very awesome for our movie room. However, after about 3 months we started noticing that the woofer would go in and out. Now the woofer has stopped completely. It powers on, but no sound. And the sound bar sounds like crap too.
