Bad wireless performance

Finally works after voodoo magic and finding some weird sweet spot but honestly I wish I just bought one with the option for a wired connection

Bass volume goes up and down

Annoying

The subwoofer will sometimes make a loud pop. Other times it sounds like the subwoofer is coming in and out. I have tried placing the subwoofer in multiple locations. All locations are with 15’ of the soundbar.

Losing sound

LG soundbar

I would not ever buy this model again. I’m not turned off to LG because they make good products but this one just has too many issues. I might return it and upgrade. The build quality is good that’s why I rated it high.

Blah Sound. Disappointed

The audio is noticeably colored and does not reproduce music well. It's OK for the undiscerning but for those with discriminating ears you'll be disappointed. I returned this unit the next day and upgraded to a SN6Y 3.1. Much better

Product issues

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The subwoofer cuts in and out and anytime I have my phone connected to Bluetooth to play music, the Bluetooth kicks off my phone and I have to reconnect to the speaker multiple times within an hour. Very displeased! Didn’t think I’d have any issues and threw away the packaging, but I was wrong!!

Started out good....

Very awesome for our movie room. However, after about 3 months we started noticing that the woofer would go in and out. Now the woofer has stopped completely. It powers on, but no sound. And the sound bar sounds like crap too.
