SL4Y LG Soundbar

I'm hard of hearing so clarity of dialogue during movies is paramount to me. I don't think it's any better in that aspect over the Yamama BUT it does have more watts and the wireless subwoofer was a plus. The CINEMA sound mode is nothing more than reverb and sounds terrible. I leave mine in ASC mode so it automatically adjusts sound, it does have a standard sound setting also. I read a review that stated this model was no better than standard TV speakers, that's wrong trust me. I gave it 3 stars as there's no provision other than optical to work. Warning: UNLESS YOU HAVE OPTICAL OUTPUT ON YOUR TV DON'T BUY THIS! Please realize this doesn't replace a home theater system and IF you get the wireless rear speakers for it they don't function watching cable as they're not 5.0 channel.
