Not the sound i was expecting maybe i didnt connect it to the LG tv correctly so i will call Geek squad to double check my connections but the overall buying experience was excellent i love best buy .

The bass on this can be a bit lacking. I also have some issues with the subwoofer disconnecting randomly, and the instructions aren't great on how to reconnect but i figured it out.

I am very happy with my selection, I got a lot of information from the audio team at Best Buy and I could not beat the price.

The sound quality is good, but the remote stopped working within about 4 months. No, it's not the batteries. I've tested them, replaced them, cleaned the contact points and the device itself. It's very frustrating especially since there is no consistency of volume between different apps, so I'm constantly having to get up and go clear across the room to adjust it and figure out whether it's loud enough when I'm back sitting down.

This is a great soundbar which provides great sound and bass to an average size room, makes it sound like the movie theater

Had this in my bedroom and it has no bass sound. Large bedroom..carpeted floors. Gave it to a friend with a smaller living room with hardwood floors and it sounds great. It's just too small for a big room.

Nice to have the base... However the Soundbar itself is disappointing. The Samsung bar (equal pricing)produces a better sound quality and much higher volume.

Bought 2/4/18, hooked up, sounded awesome. Great base, nice sound, easy hookup, different sound options (voice, standard and cinema). I usually have sound very low because of sleeping kids. Then on 2/5/18 I had volume at 4/5 ish (very low) and heard a pop. Didn't sound very good after that. Taking back tomorrow and (might) try another one. Also, seemed like all the boxes at the store were damaged in some way. Drag marks, ripped corners, dented, etc.

This thing is amazing! Set up took under 10 mins, and that included taking it out of the box. Sound quality is awesome!

Paired once with my LG 55" tv and it hasn't repeated since. Coupled with the low sound quality I am seriously considering changing my loyalties to the brand and seeking out something else.

We got a wonderful deal on this sound bar. After researching and listening to the demo bars I truly believe we got a great deal. I don't think I will ever have a TV with no sound bar again!

Works OK has less sound than I expected, as in it doesn't get as loud as I had hoped as I wanted it to boost the sound in some movies that have very low sound when people are speaking.

While the sound bar sounds great, it does not link to the TV. If we want to use the sound bar we have to connect it all the time, and use two remotes. I was not very impressed by that fact.

I did not read the data carefully enough - the sound bar was not compatible with my TV - something the salesperson did not discuss. However, returning the product for full credit was easy.

the only real improvement I've noticed is music and other sound effects come through clearer but spoken dialog (which is primarily why i wanted a soundbar) still comes in low.

This would do very well sitting on an entertainment center below a tv. It's very awkward to mount. Suggest a different model if you're mounting above the tv or to the wall.

Lg sound bar doesn’t work right with Samsung tv.Shuts down when it’s been on for 4 to 5 hours. I don’t think they are compatible.

I would say the sound quality is ok for the price. The one drawback I have found is it seems it isn't very responsive when using the TV volume to change the volume of the soundbar

Sound is good, but there's no face plate at all to protect speakers (except subwoofer). Any speaker can be broken by small mistake, and the whole sound bar could be trashed!

Good system but trouble with connecting to TV for a number of the functions. It may be an issue with the TV as I have read numerous similar complaints on various websites.
