This is particularly evident when watching cable TV (xFinity) which is being upscaled usually from 720 HD. The soap opera effect on movies is very pronounced. When streaming full HD or full 4k content on Netflix, or watching a BluRay, performance is better, but still not what I would describe as good. Strongly considering returning this TV.
