Wrong cord

Never Worked

They guaranteed it would work, in excellent condition. The optical chord wouldn't connect to the sound bar. I even purchased a second optical chord, didn't work. Finally, called LG, they sent me another optical cable. So, attempted to connect sound bar with three different cables. Nothing worked. I tried to return the item to Best Buy store in Saugus Mass. I carefully explained everything I did to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, they would not return item because it was over 15 days. Manager wouldn't reason to listen. But at least I received a store credit, would have rather of received a refund. So. I would not recommend buying open box items. And. Do not try and fix things yourself. Just return for full refund.
