Needed to use the remote to do it and in some cases I had to power it up by the power button on the unit. It constantly switches modes. Not as loud as I was hoping.

Super quiet

I have to have it on full blast to still barely even be able to hear it. Cannot even hear the sub at all hardly. Will be returning tomorrow. My two-year-old Samsung blows this away.

Speaker profile Is too high on TV stand and blocks signal to the TV. Being the same brand I would expect they would be engineered to be compatible. In addition the REMOTE will not operate the sound bar????? Furthermore, I tried to register the warranty on-line but can't make it happen. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
