Subwoofer loses pairing

LG recommended that I send them the system. I did. Received the system this week with a note that says no problems found. We hooked the system up and it worked fine for 30 minutes and then it lost the pairing again.

Perfect sound bar

'Have never had a need for one before, so the 300 watts power, it's overall quality, & subwoofer give us all we need for additional sound effects to augment our LG ultraHD tv.

Good sound for the $$

Only irritation is sometimes the TV controls the volume and sometimes it doesnt so have to keep 2 remotes out. Even certain shows in netflix or reg TV itll all the sudden stop being controlled by the TV volume and blast my windows out.
