The clarity is lacking. The sub woofer is sub par.

The soundbar has so much an echo I can't even use it

Bought as a birthday gift to my husband. We have a lg tv and it doesn’t have a hookup to our tv! I’ve called everywhere and no where carries the adapter. We will have to return. Such a shame because my husband loves lg

Sounds great when it’s not malfunctioning- no idea what’s wrong with it but it makes a loud feedback or blown speaker type sound at random- can be horrible or not at all ... Bought open box - guess it wasn’t checked over ?

Poor sound and had a hard time making it with LG tv. Nothing advanced about the connection, straight from the tv to sound bar, when it finally did work, sound wasn't good, I had to return it, Best Buy was great with their return policy

Geek Squad charged me $140 for installation of audio system. I now have a sound bar that is not in sync with new tv. No surround sound installed told not compatible and the entire job "as good as it gets" NOT HAPPY

This arrived with no box and the two pieces simply wrapped together in plastic wrap. The sound bar has scratches on it and there is a chunk out of a corner of the subwoofer. No manual or instructions were included.

We had this product less than 6 months and it stopped working. We never maxed out the volume, it had proper ventilation but the sound started to cut in and out. There was an issue with the power. Returned to manufacture.

Build appears solid outside the box. Normally am impressed with LG equipment. This one, not so. None of the controls functioned and the remote either. Unit wouldn't pair with sub. LG said defective and returned it.

Drops connectivity with the sub, Good news is that it only happens when you need to hear important dialogue. Samsung is better.

We hooked this up and honestly didn't notice a difference in sound. I understand that it was a cheaper sound bar but we expected to at least notice that a sound bar had been added. Couldn't justify keeping.

Didn't expect to purchase sound bar when I bought 65 inches TV Sony but I saw reduce price with this sound bar I want to try if this will make different and made big different

Never got to hear it working. My tv does not have a port for an optical plug. Bought an hgmi cable to hook it up, however, the soundbar does not have a hgmi plug. Went with a Sony sound bar instead.

I purchased based on reviews but this soundbar sucks. Very low quality and no bass at all! I brought my mom the $80 Vizio and I love it so I'm on my way to return this one and purchased another vizio

I’m very impressed by the ease of installation/setup. Optical cable included worked effortlessly. Bluetooth connection to the Sub is automatic. I’m having issues with a large echoey room washing out voices with the TV speaker sound and the Clear Voice setting was a great solution! Overall the sound quality and balance is really nice. I also Bluetooth connected to iPhone and used this system for music for party. Excellent quality. It’s not going to shake the house like a major sound amp with large scale speakers but that’s not what this is for. It’s definitely got enough power to fill a large great room for cinema entertainment. Great soundbar and Great price!

Bought the soundbar on November 8, on December 20 the soundbar died and won't even power on. Tried moving to different outlets, the soundbar is dead. Will be returning tomorrow.

This product was pushed by the associate in the store and when I got it home it was much tinnier than I was expecting. Too many highs, no mids, and poor lows.
