I bought this as a gift for my son in law, but he has not been able to get it to work. I'm 300 miles away so I don't know if it's user error or a defective product.

Purchased this item open box...it came impressively in one day; however, was missing optical cable and wall brackets. Best buy was at least kind enough to give me a refund.

Since installed the sound cuts out every time it's used. LG's solution is to take 28-40 days to inspect and possibly repair the device. I regret this purchase.

I barely used it and speakers go on and off. I think I might have a defective sound bar, but it's by far the worst item I bought at Best Buy!!

This sound system was GARBAGE compared to my 55" tcl roku 4k HDR tv speakers. Sure the bass had a LITTLE thump but it wouldnt be worth $20!

It was working great I moved it to a different TV now the sub won't reconnect. Flashing light won't stop. No help from LG

Sounds like an echo when using. have tried cinema, voice and regular sound but no improvement. Very easy to hook up. Love that it is wireless.

I bought a sound bar and blue ray player. The associate didn't get me the right cords to plug it up and the blu ray doesn't play Netflix

I was unable to turn on my TV from a seated position because the sound box cover the "eye" of the LG TV. Such a simple engineering blunder!

All I can say on top of all the other reviews is if you were like me and didn't want to invest $300 or more in a soundbar for your 4k TV with downward facing tv speakers then this is the one. The bass from the active subwoofer is simply incredible. We went from listening to our LG 55" 4k tv with the volume at 72 to being overpowered by this sound bar on 12. The bluetooth connectivity is also very nice as the wife and daughter spent a half hour just streaming music from their phones to dancing in the living room. A great purchase. Period.

Great sound when working correctly but disconnects from sub-woofer constantly! Can I exchange for something new?

I returned this immediately. I bought it for my dad for Christmas and it was no better then the flat screen tv sound

No directions for the remote. I get an echo sound like the tv & sound bar r not in sync. Mostly listen with sound bar turned off.

Listened to a few soundbars in store and for the price this soundbar sounded great, in fact better than a couple pricier ones. Setup was a cinch and the bass, surround, and clarity is way better than the built in TV speakers on my Samsung TV. You can do better than this LG unit, but not for quite a bit more money. For my audiophile side I have a dedicated stereo setup with some high-end Klipsch speakers, but for everyday TV and movie watching, this soundbar is more than up to the task and out punches its $130 price.

Most worthless electronic product that I ever bought almost ashamed to reviw it I would say pass this product for a cheap AVR.

This is a economy class set of speakers that have barely tolerable sound quality and an unthoughtful design. The bluetooth connection is unusable due to hiss. The direct-input (i.e chromecast) is OK, but certainly not a "high fidelity" device. The bluetooth paring is very easy (but who cares). The HDMI connection appears to be nonexistent. Even with a black friday discount, this device is not a bargain.

Purchased this less than 6 months ago and now will not turn on. Tried all the tricks and still not working.

Terrible. Subwoofer has never worked, constantly on and off. Just cheap.
