Poor sound. I have an older model and it’s sound was ten times better. I don’t recommend this product.

Subwoofer went out after 2 weeks of purchasing. I do not recommend

Will not hold a Bluetooth connection, mine is defective and Best Buy will not let return it.

Took hours and fifty attempts to get it to work. Woofer does not impress. Rather weak.

First night with it, put on netflix, everything sounds distorted. Exchanging tomorrow.

Little or no instructions for settings or changes. sound is far from improved.

This product doesn’t work and or comparable to the sound bar

I got this from Best Buy about a year and half ago, it was on sale for $179.99 so I figured why not? A few months before I got another smoking deal on an LG 55" LED ($499.99) but the sound lacked depth. With how flat the TV there isn't a lot of space for speakers. Anyways, install is very easy. It literally will take more time to get it out of the packaging than it does to connect it, unless you're mounting it. Bluetooth connection is fast and sounds great. Remote is simple and easy to use. Sound wise it has really brought my TV experience to life between this sound bar and the LED TV. On the downside, if a program has varying sound levels, be prepared to be surprised or complaints from neighbors. It's not the sound bar's fault, some movies you can barely hear the dialogue but then a gunshot or explosion will sound like it was 5 feet from you. If you have medium size room, you can connect your Bluetooth device and it will be booming! I'm talking Club Space/Avalon/Cro-Bar! I was quite surprised at its great sound for music. Hopefully you already have an optic connection device, it makes everything sound better. Bluetooth subwoofer blows me away, I know it's not a new concept but it is to me. Gone are the days of a spaghetti bowl of wires setting up a surround sound system!

The sub woofer just gave out less then 7 months of use.

Value for money. Amazing sound quality and easy to setup. Enhances the TV watching experience and you can play music from your phone using bluetooth.

I bought an LG 55” 4K HDR 6300 series, and the sound was very disappointing so I looked into soundbars and many were much more than I wanted to spend. I looked and looked and really wanted an LG product. I saw this model on sale from Best Buy at an incredible price and decided to buy an “Open Box” soundbar and had $5 credit from TV purchase so for $105 I got this wonderful soundbar. The openbox did not come with a manual but it basically syncs itself and you do not need a guide to set up for basic connection to tv. I did have an issue with the subwoofer blinking green light for a bit but unplugged my tv, my soundbar and my subwoofer and started over and that fixed the issue. I watched Ready Player One as my first 4k movie on my new tv with my new soundbar and boy was I satisfied. I turned it all the way up with cinema sound setting and DRC setting, I turned subwoofer as loud as it would go and my living room was shaking like a movie theater and the bass from the woofer was rattling my bones, I loved that sensation, my wife hates it that loud but she was out at the time so it was “ME” time. Granted you can spend much much more for a soundbar and I have not listened to them to compare to this model but for this price, even $149 would be a great price on this but for $105 by purchasing openbox I couldn’t be more pleased so far with this product. Again LG does not fail to keep me satisfied.
