We went to Best Buy Skokie, IL location and David from home theater department is very accommodating & friendly. At first, we wanted to test the sound of the sound bar but it was not connected. We asked one of the employees, Frank and was told that they are having technical difficulties and cannot plug the sound bar for us. Was told that we can purchase the item and just return it if we don't like it. But we didn't want to go with that option and hassle of going back to the store and return the item. We approached a different employee and his name is David Rodriguez-Nelson. He informed us about the item and asked for his views of comparison to the other item we are considering. He is knowledgeable and made it work for the sound bar so we can sample the sound before purchasing it. It all worked out except that the store didn't have it in stock but David called other branch and hold the item for us for pick up and we paid the item at Skokie. It all worked out and we couldn't be happier with the item and the excellent customer service that David provided us. Please commend him for doing his exceptional job at Best Buy Skokie, IL

Like typical every time I purchase something I make sure to do the research. Reviews, specs, pretty much up to where its manufactured. But this product came and succeeded my expectations. For the price and quality its jus beyond amazing. Even had my neighbor come over because it sounded better than his $400 system. Great job

I bought this soundbar on sale after Christmas and was very impressed. The sound was great and the bass was strong and the controller was very responsive. The controls were well set up as you could control the bass on the fly. The optic cable was very easy to hook up. I'm very glad I purchased this product. TV and movies sound so much better now.

Great sound , but still didn't get what I wanted out of it. I needed a sound bar that would help my tv have a better sound of the voices from movies. the problem must be some kind of sound setting on the TV it self. Other than that the sound bar works great and I would recommend it to any one who is looking to better the surround sound on their TV for movie watching.

This LG soundbar and subwoofer System sounds great for a 2.1 system. The sound is so much better than the built in TV speakers on my 4K 50" LG TV. It has three different voicings: standard, voice, and cinema. You can also control the subwoofer's volume separately. I would definitely buy this exact system again if something happened to it.
