    Sometimes I lose the digital voice and can only hear background music. The only way to resolve the problem is to change the channel then return to previous. My TV or satellite receiver never did this before, so it must be the sound bar.

    I love everything about this product except for one thing... you cannot manually adjust the eq and it is sometimes a little high on the treble side, depending on what you are using it for. But for the price, it is still a great deal.

    This speaker sounded really good in store. Was very excited about it. Purchased an open box deal that stated all parts were there. When we got the speaker home it was missing the power cord. Returned to the store and bought Samsung.

    I expected better sound for $200. On some programs it sounds like an A/M radio and on other programs the sound is okay. I tried using opti cord and HDMI with no better sound.

    After having this surround for 2 years I’m having trouble with this one. the subwoofer won’t connect to the bar Already called customer service and they couldn’t do anything about it.

    After using the item for 2 weeks and making multiple adjustments there was no control between a high and low range...Optical nor HDMI were ineffective in setting levels.
