It really shines on movies sound effects. You can hear the smallest detail. This does not replace surround sound but puts you about 70% of the way. I bought for $170.

Do not buy open box items with Best Buy

I bought a second one and it did not work as well. They do not test or inspect opened boxed items correctly. Turns into a pain in the butt to have to run back and forth to the post office to return there junk. I ever will make another purchase online with Best Buy

good bar bad subwoofer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the main part of sound bar very good deep tones not a lot of volume but sound is as good as bose but the sub woofer is not good volume turned all the way up can hardly hear anything no theater effect at all worst I have ever heard
