I have Lg tv the product seams to be communicating Just fine . If I have to rate this product out of 10 I would give it 7 out of ten . Quality of the sound not near close to the boss but I am enjoying it to the level of LG . Great product good looking design.

This system does not provide the sound quality enhancement that most people are seeking. I returned it to the store and upgraded to the Bose system. The Bose is twice the cost but worth it.

WAS OK AT FIRST, THOUGHT THERE WAS A PROBLEM FROM THE GET GO SOMETIMES NO SOUND AND COMMERCIALS HAD NO VOICE...NOW DOESNT EVEN WORK..ONLY HUMMING SOUND WILL BE RETURNING WHEN I GET TIME

This surround system only has a optical port which my tv does not have, I only have the hdmi ports, therefore I must return this item or get a converter, its easier to just return

Volume kept changing. It would drop and then go back up. Made every adjustment possible and read everything I could find on how to fix it. Returned after 2 weeks for full refund.

Got it to understand just regular speech and it was not impressive. Still had to use close captioning with some programming so it did not do the job and I returned it.

Bought two sound bars for two TV's. One fluctuates in and out of sync. Very annoying when people talk and it doesn't sync to their mouths.

The sound is sub-par! The sub is terrible and overall not satisfied. Haven't returned it because I have passed the time allotted!!!!

I just got this soundbar and subwoofer on sale for 140.00 and for that price i wasnt expecting it to be as loud and have as much bass as it does but it sure does make a huge difference compared to only the tv speakers.It could have a hdmi input but it wasnt too big of a deal because my tv has the optical input and you get a optical cable with it even, it was easy to setup took me less than a minute and you just use your tv or cable remote to control the volume.Im really amazed with the sound quality and i would recommend this soundbar to anyone looking to buy a good quality one at a good price.

We found this for a great price but had to return it. Our tv did not have an optical port. We had to exchange it.

this thing is worth about 60 dollars 300 watts try 30 watts worst mistske I ever made buying an LG product

With the Black Friday and cyber Monday deals, checking out couple of soundbars at bestbuy , I made up my mind to buy the Samsung 400 series 2.1 soundbar for 149$, even though I felt the LG sounded better. With the Samsung I tried tweaking and adjusting but was very Unsatisfied with its weak bass and poor sound quality. Felt the samsung 300 series had a better bass. I returned the product and also Checked out he Vizio 5.1 soundbar. Pretty good surround but too much bass from the woofer. Was still unconvinced that I should buy the Vizio. I took my chance and went for the LG soundbar 2.1, for 139$ with tax. Very easy to set up and quick jump start. The moment I started listening on it felt a world apart. Was very satisfied that I decided to buy this. Even in stores sounded on par with the Jbl soundbar. Pros : 1. Easy set up 2. Crisp clear sound 3. Simple remote 4. Excellent bass and works during the time u need it 5. The cinema mode has amazing surround 6. Sensitive Bluetooth 7. Wireless sub Cons: 1. No hdmi 2. Not much of eq options. But the preset eq itself is amazing Would definitely recommend it highly over the Samsung 400 series or the Vizio soundbars. Highly satisfied

The sound was not as great when I compared it to it Insignia. It looks nice but not very loud.

Tried to use in a large room with 20 foot ceilings. Not adequate for such a large room.

After one hour it cut off. Unplugged then restarted, stopped after less then 15 minutes.

Sound quality terrible. Very distorted. TV sounded better without sound bar

I purchased this soundbar at a discounted price of $139.99 (Bestbuy's original price was $279.99). I think it's a good soundbar for the price. I didn't have any problems setting it up, but I was initially confused by the optical connection to the tv when I thought it was all "wireless". The sound is definitely better than just my LG tv speakers. I've had the product now for a week and have had no problems with it since setting it up. Quite satisfied.

This product has great sound makes me feel like I am in a theater

Couldn't get the base to sync with the sound bar. Took it back.
