For the price it is an excellent Soundbar and better than expected!

This unit is fantastic for the price and very easy to install. Works great, has a remote control, and easily connects to your Bluetooth devices.

Great soundbar and even better subwoofer. Really great sound and product LG. Great for living room or any room. This sound thumps.

You can definitely hear the difference when this is not on. This will definitely improved your Television experience.

The subwoofer frequently disconnects from the soundbar and the bass completely drops out. This makes the room sound empty off and on. I have to return this. I did buy this open box from Best Buy in "Excellent" condition. It is likely that this was returned previously for the very problem I am describing. Best Buy wanted to still make a profit off of it and try to get away with selling a bogus product. I do not recommend this product or Best Buy's open box products at all.

Great crisp sound, easy set up. wireless subwoofer feature is really nice.

any person whether within your household or Wi-Fi range can access and essentially “Seize control ” of this device by simply attempting to connect to it via Bluetooth. The major flaw in this technology’s connection implementation is the lack of “toasting” or submitting a request to authenticate both devices (target and source) via a non-changing 4 digit code, which is what occurs on most devices when an attempt is made to connect via Bluetooth. This device does it automatically, without authorization , thus any party {including bad actors) can access your soundbar, as long as they are within standard range of the omitting signal ( 10 to 100 meters). This is a flaw and security defect that needs to be addressed by the manufacturer.

Excellent Sound and a good value for money speaker.

Saw this sound bar on sale, picked it up and have not looked back. Only issue I have had is the volume on my lg tv goes up as well as the sound bar if i use the wrong remote.

For the price and size it sounds great. good bass and clarity. I haven't gone full blast but for movie watching and music listening its great. being used in bedroom with 10' ceiling and 16x16

I would definitely recommend this product. The only issue I've experienced is that the subwoofer will disconnect at times. But its an easy fix. Great quality sound for the price.

This is a great sound bar sounds amazing but sometimes I goes in and out for just a sec and not all the time. I've had it 6 months

First off, the item I got was obviously "open box" when I brought it home (which wasn't obvious when I was in the store but the sales person didn't told me about it). I was hoping for a decent sound bar that would at least give life to my 60" TV. Unfortunately, this doesn't fill the gap. My Bose sound link sounds much more clearer, and with low tones that I was looking for. I'll be returning this item, then I'll check out the Cinemate 15 instead.

I recommend anyone who upgrades their TV to invest in the sound bar!! It really makes a difference on the viewing experience.

you sent me a fu*$ing open box item with no receipt and no mount for the sound bar. no accessories at all actually.
