This highly rated model has been the perfect microwave for our large family. It cooks food evenly and the cooking time matches our previous models, which helps avoid any over or under cooking. Nice size of the interior and has several easy cook settings. We love the fact that both the cooking alarm and the timer don't ring endlessly. It's just enough to remind us that the food is ready.

I recently purchased, and I have been using it for a couple of weeks now. Overall, I am quite satisfied with its performance and features.

This microwave is so much better than the one we had! We appreciate how quiet it is, as well as how much larger it is within the same footprint as the old one!

It is a good product. We like it because of ExtendedVent feature. Last one similar model did not last too long.

LOVE this microwave. Only had a few days, but can find no fault so far. It gets the job done, and looks great while doing it.

very nice. the tone when the alarm goes off is nice. Heats quickly. What used to take 2 1/2 minutes now takes 2 minutes! Very nice look too.

This was purchased to replace a failing GE OTR microwave that came with the home. I am very happy with the purchase. The touchscreen buttons do take some getting used to but overall my family has been happy with the new microwave. I do like the viewing window however, I am too short to actually take advantage of it. I do wish I could change the chime though. We have all LG appliances except for the fridge and all of them are very song like chimes and my husband does not really like it. I do wish it could be changed through the app.

I really love this microwave and the feature that extends the exhaust vent over the range is very nice

Very pleased with this purchase. Like the extendavent option and the led inside lighting.

Overall I am happy with the new microwave and it looks super nice. Only thing I am concerned is that…whenever ever I turn it on, I am hearing loud noise during startup. Which I have called the technician to fix it next week.

Every time we open the door, there is a loud creeking sound, For a such a high end microwave, I find this annoying.

Looks so sleek and modern. Love the lighted touchpad to operate. Nice upgrade from what we had.

The microwave seems to work fine, but I don’t care for the program buttons. I can’t enter the cooking time manually nor adjust the power level. The only way to understand how this works is to do it online and I prefer having a book in my hands to read!

We absolutely love our LG microwave. The extendavent is a must. All brands should have this feature.
