So far this one works very good and I was able to just remove the old one and just drop it in place, as they were very similar. The only gripe is that I don't think it cooks popcorn as well as some of my older microwaves. For that I just use the Insignia microwave in my basement.

The fan and lights come on every time I use my stove. I was even able to customize the fan speed. I can push the exhaust hood and it would extend out over my stove a bit further than normal.

It is an elegant addition to what is becoming an all-LG kitchen. It is big, powerful, and easy to keep clean. I don’t use the extended vent much, but it's nice having it. LED lighting inside and underneath is very good. It's loaded with cooking features. If I'd change anything, it would be to have a lighted keypad.

I like the extend a vent feature to cover the range better. Works like most other microwaves. Plenty of features that add to its value like + 30 seconds, more modes to name some. Got it on sale too!!

It microwaves stuff. All's good! Seriously though, seems like a solid microwave from one of the better brands. What sold me was the extendable vent underneath it, so it covers more of the oven below it. Some interesting features if you want to put it on your wifi and if you have an LG wifi range, but dont use it. Buttons have nice feel to them, seems powerful enough and plays a nice tune once done.
