This is a great microwave, it’s big and spacious. My family loves it. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s not fingerprint proof. I love the lil music it plays when your food is done. I love the ability to connect it to the app.

We've had this microwave for a few weeks now, and we love it. It has taken some getting used to as it has many features. The double vents work great and we use them often. The sensor cooking and reheating options are great and we love them. The light underneath is very bright and adjustable. We've had a few issues with the stove sync for the vent but other than that great microwave.

I really liked the looks of this microwave. I am also into tech with appliances. It was super easy to install by myself, easy to set up and connect to WiFi. Very happy with this microwave. I like being able to turn the fan and lights off and on with my phone.

As with all the reviews that assured me this is a good pick. LG needs to add more light inside. Either change or allow selecting the cook top light to be a more food friendly warmer color like 3500 Kelvin color temperature. Add clock settings to the cook top light to use as a programmable night light. Make the key pad easier to see in dim lighting. Otherwise this us an excellent over thw range microwave. The extendavent is great when doing some serious cooking.

We purchased this to replace our older LG over the range microwave (LMHM2237ST) that had the extendavent. This one definitely updates to a modern look and seems to be good quality so far. Installation was not the easiest task as we thought, hooking into the older ducting we made some adjustments, otherwise wasn’t too terrible. Its functions well. Overall we are glad to have purchased and would recommend.

Straight forward to install (be sure to do it with a helper). Many options to prepare one's food. The end-of cooking & timer reminders are a bit obnoxious until you turn them off. Repeating 2 or 3 times would have been sufficient. Otherwise, we're satisfied with our purchase.

I’ve owned two GE over-the-range microwaves, each lasting about 10 years. The magnetrons and turntables held up fine, but the control panels eventually failed—likely from heat rising off the stove. Since replacing the panel cost more than a new unit, I decided to try this LG, hoping for a longer-lasting design. Functionally, it works as a microwave should, but the design is quirky and often frustrating: 1. Control panel visibility – The etched lettering is hard to read unless the kitchen is brightly lit. At first, I thought the marks were food stains when pressing buttons. 2. Sound settings – The unit plays a tune at the end of a cycle. Cute once, annoying after. The app lets you turn sounds off, but that silences all sounds, including button presses—making operation tricky given the hard-to-read panel. 3. Button layout – The frequently used Add 30 Sec button sits right next to the Timer button. Accidentally hitting Timer is frustrating, as “Stop/Clear” doesn’t cancel it—you have to press Timer again. 4. Sensor reheat – Food and beverages come out hotter than we prefer. Drinks especially are too hot to enjoy right away. Overall, it heats well, but the control panel design and quirks take away from the experience.

It is absolutely stunning, and such a huge upgrade to the look and functionality of my kitchen. I cook a lot, as I have a large family, and I love how this has HUGE vent hood power! What a game changer! The main reason I chose this one over others was the extra extend-a-vent feature and that it has Turbo vent! My kitchen smells less then it ever, ever did with the way this vents! I love this soooo much! The microwave ins absolutely beautiful, roomy, and I love the sleek, minimalist look it has. I love how I only see the touch screen buttons when I want to, not all the time. I love the interior- how it is enamel and not plastic like my old microwave. I also love the cool, bluish interior light--very cool! It is also a very powerful microwave! It cooks quickly and thoroughly! I am sooo happy I decided to upgrade my microwave! I recommend this one 10/10!

I am very satisfied with this microwave oven. It is my second purchase and I will not hesitate to buy another. An improvement has been made from my first one : the light is more powerful and the noise of the fans is reduced. What I appreciate most is the fan stretching out. When I first tried it, I thought the fans weren’t working properly because they didn't aspire much, but in fact they did and that’s particularly noticeable during cooking. In general, it is an excellent purchase and I recommend it without hesitation. I give it a 4 star rating, because I only used it a few times.

The microwave looks great and installation by Beat Buy was a breeze. It’s a little noisier than I expected but I can definitely deal with that vs the not working thing my old Whirlpool did.

We purchased our LG Thin Q Microwave 2.1 cu ft Oven with ExtendVent 2.0 and side Sensor Panel when we replaced our old LG microwave oven. This was the very best purchase ever, because LG has remodeled their microwaves and made them even more wonderful and efficient!

Just installed, but love it already. It looks amazing and so modern along with our LG range. The illuminated touch panel is a perfect match. Completely blacked out except click when idle, and when on they are nice and bright and crisp. Honestly, it was very hard to tell in the pictures and was worried they would be printed on, but they are exactly as hoped for. Also, connecting to wifi and LG app was a breeze, and linked easily to the range to turn on fan and light when burner is activated. Super happy, and highly recommend.

Love the lighted controls that automatically shut off when not in use, and the slide out vents that go over the stove. We are very pleased with our purchase!

I purchased this on the recommendation of Consumer Reports to replace a 31 year old unit that had stopped working. The microwave works great and I like large capacity. The automatic setting do tend to over cook the food. The WiFI connection is a bit over the top but it is fun to play with. The installation is straightforward but it definitely is a 2 person job due to the weight. The only down side was I had a 1 hour wait at the warehouse to pick it up.

Easy set up! Everything so far works great!!! Love the over the range venting. It works really well.
