There are several features that make this microwave stand out from the rest. The extendable vent fan is actually quite effective. Ours vents through the top to outside, other configurations may vary. We have found that supply air with a cracked window or door to the outside is necessary depending on how "tight" your house is. The multiple fan speeds, including turbo power likely add to the effectiveness, yet are all quieter than other makes and models we have had in the past. The lighted controls on the door face are a great improvement over the plastic covered buttons of our previous oven. The face shows the clock only until you either open the door, or touch anywhere on the controls, then lights up to reveal all the options. The directions for the cooking features are just inside the door for reference. The only negative for me installing this was how flimsy the case frame has become. The mounting screws can visibly distort the frame if your cabinets are not perfectly level. Otherwise, the additional cost of this unit over lesser priced models was worth it for us

Overall happy with it. Good size. Strong fan. The “touch screen” aspect could use improvement as it works more like push buttons than touch screen

This microwave is top of thr line works magnificent

The option to just turn on the burner and the otr kicks on on ur setting. Also to control the units through ur phone on an app it makes things so much easier. Just wish they add a camera inside to see the food or a sensor to check the meal temp lol yeah it’s getting close to that.but over all I am loving this unit.

After 14 years we finally had to replace our LG studio series over the range microwave. Well this model ushered us into the future. The ease of use along with wifi connectivity makes cooking and heating a breeze. Not to mention it's sleek and modern design. Also we got it at a rally great price.

We both really like the appearance, the smoke colored stainless steel is beautiful. We also like the no handle appearance. After opening the unit, we see our digital choices. The black face without digital readouts all the time, provides a sleek appearance.

We love it. All the features we wanted, and it works great.

This microwave is fantastic. From the sensor cooking to the pre sets. It works great. The extend a vent is way better than a standard vent system. It actually vents what you are cooking outside. One disappointment - do not use Best Buy installation services. Their contracted vendor MN Plumbing and Home Services is a terrible company. The tech that did the installation was a hack and just slammed it in. He didn't line it up right and did not install the flange for the vent. He said it didn't line up. I took the microwave down when he left and remounted it with the proper flange installed. I'll be going back to Best Buy customer service to get a refund on the installation. Do it yourself or hire someone on your own. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR.

THIS NEW MICROWAVE HAS IT ALL GOOD LOOKS, GOOD PRICE, AND ALL THE BEST FEATURES YOU COULD WANT IN A MICROWAVE. IT REALLY GOES WELL WITH MY NEW FRIDGE AND NEW STOVE. THE BLACK STAINLESS IS REALLY NICE

Purchased this microwave two months ago and had it installed by best buy.. Great product, great service until I recently noticed a crack in the extend a vent. I contacted LG and was told that the warranty does not cover this issue.. Very dissappointed in LG for not taking care of fixing a manufacturing issue not even two months old.

Excellent Microwave. Lots of room to cook small to large dishes. Love this over the oven and all the different modes. Glad I bought.

This LG microwave has more features than I probably will ever use. But I will definitely try to come up with a recipe to try each one. Heats easily and quickly.
