Only thing I am concerned is that…whenever ever I turn it on, I am hearing loud noise during startup. Which I have called the technician to fix it next week.

It is the loudest microwave ever, it makes so much noise you can hear it all over the house, we had service change the magneton under warranty, no improvement, and now the slide out fume panel is making a serious grinding sound ...DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU ARE HARD OF HEARING...Seriously poor quality but great design. I wish LG would reach out to us to replace the unit as the service guy and the sales guy at Best Buy both agreed it is a defective unit.

Does not seem to heat evenly, but raising the item like on a box seems to help. Miss our Kitchenaid microwave ☹️

Only used it a few times, and am still learning some of the bells and whistles, but so far it works well.

We had the Samsung Chefs Series and it was the worst from day 1. It finally and thankfully brok after just a few years and we switched to LG. This is our 4th Samsung appliance breaking in under 5 years (Washer, Dryer and fridge broke previously) and all have been replaced with LG. We will never buy Samsung appliances again.

I find it irritating that turning on the stove turns off the light on the microwave but that is supposedly a safety feature. I love the microwave and tolerate the stove.
