    Stolen by Installers - Buyer BEWARE!

    ZERO RATING Did not have zero clearance to open in our space so had the Best Buy Installers take it back for a refund. We called Best Buy and they would not take any responsibility for their contractors stealing the microwave! So, the charge card shows the charge for full installlation which did NOT happen.

    Broke at 12 months and 3 days!

    Works well for the first 12 months. At 12 months and 3 days the extendable hood decided to break and is now stuck open. Glad I have Total Tech for repair, but really shows the quality!

    I have no idea how this product performs. I have been waiting since the end of November for this to be installed. Best Buy says it won’t be here and installed until the beginning of February. It gets a 3 until I know more and can rate it for real.

    LG Over Range Microwave

    Fan is very noisy and with only High-Speed working. I am returning for a replacement and possibly different manufacturer. All of our other kitchen appliances are LG and we like them, but this microwave has issues. Hopefully the replacement works better.

    Key reason for the bad review is that the oven broke down 29 days after purchase date, with very little use during that period. Otherwise it is a good design with a good user interface, though the microwave operation and the fan are louder than I would have liked. We'll see what type of service I get from LG to fix or replace it.

    Microwave completely stopped working in 18 months. Trash Lg and BestBuy wants $125 to come out and diagnose. Poor, poor, poor customer service.
