Pretty good overall, but one big gripe: the control panel has such minimal lighting that I have had to rig up a light to enable us to know which controls are where, and how they work since our kitchen is so "open" it does not have a good way to light up vertical surfaces around the edges/counters. The control differences from our old microwave are enough to make this a big annoyance until we use them enough beforel we "train" our muscle memory for some time to come guess.

This is a great microwave. I absolutely love the design and it looks great in my kitchen.

We definitely love this microwave for their ability to eahaust to outside of the house. The only problem is LG's poor customer service as like GE appliances. GE products are great as long as they work. Once you need service it needs extra money and certainly no cooperation from GE.

Works well and does everything we need it to do. Very happy

This LG microwave is great. It sucks up all the smoke from below on the stove with just the low or med fan. Have never had to use High or Turbo fan. No more grease on ceiling and cabinets above. The settings on the microwave are very accurate. Cooking is accurate with the minutes and food tastes great. The panel and the pull out fan is absolutely supreme.

Great microwave.....More than me my wife like it much. Great finish and design. Installation was quick and bang on. Only issues was delayed delivery due to backorder. It was delivered more than 2 months later. I can understand it may be due to thanksgiving demand supply situation.

I like the lookand the performance of the microwave. I would have given it a five rating if the front panel lit up under settings selection. It is hard to see the settings in the black.

This is a fabulous microwave! Easy to clean. Easy to see inside. Works accurately. Love the extend a vent feature. Overall quality is great. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a nice design refresh from the prior model. It is full of features and they work well. My only nit pick is with the controls turning their lights completely off. It takes some tapping to figure out where to touch and wake up the controls. You cannot see any buttons when the lights are out. Maybe in the future the microwave can detect you approaching to turn on the display.

Loved the look and size of this microwave. The vent guard is a great feature. Easy to use and has so many features!

We love the extend a vent feature f the generous interior space. We also love the backlighting input keys. Most of the smart features seem over the top. Probably not going to use many of them. But it makes wonderful popcorn on the popcorn setting. Using the automatic setting to reheat has mixed results. Haven’t tried most of the other settings yet.

Looks great and it works perfectly specially when cooking in the front burner

Microwave is modern looking and nice extendavent feature. Only had it for a day and good replacement for old microwave. Removing 1 star as it did not arrived at the store on time and was delayed for a few days.

Love it! Not only does it work great but it syncs to my range so that when I use my cooktop the light and exhaust fan on the microwave come on automatically.

I purchased this microwave for the evacuation fan. That works great and the extension really helps when cooking on the front burners of my stove below.

So far this is the best microwave I've owned. does everything I need it to do. I can even make popcorn again with out the bag catching on fire.
