Brand new install love it so far all the controls are on the door has an extendable air vent system at the front just by the touch of a button that will pick up all the steam and smoke and stuff from the cooktop that is underneath it well thought out and I assume that if anything goes wrong it’ll happen on the door panel and the door should be able to be replaced

I bought my appliances from Lowe’s. Their system was so mixed up, the made a mistake on my order and we went back and forth for a month. I canceled all of my orders in Lowe’s and purchased it from Best Buy. They were very professional, customer service was great. No mistakes were in their order and they delivered my items within a day. I’m definitely recommend Best Buy.

There are several features that make this microwave stand out from the rest. The extendable vent fan is actually quite effective. Ours vents through the top to outside, other configurations may vary. We have found that supply air with a cracked window or door to the outside is necessary depending on how "tight" your house is. The multiple fan speeds, including turbo power likely add to the effectiveness, yet are all quieter than other makes and models we have had in the past. The lighted controls on the door face are a great improvement over the plastic covered buttons of our previous oven. The face shows the clock only until you either open the door, or touch anywhere on the controls, then lights up to reveal all the options. The directions for the cooking features are just inside the door for reference. The only negative for me installing this was how flimsy the case frame has become. The mounting screws can visibly distort the frame if your cabinets are not perfectly level. Otherwise, the additional cost of this unit over lesser priced models was worth it for us

I purchased this LG to replace a Samsung that failed within 5 years. I prefer how this has the buttons on the right as opposed to the door on the Samsung. The extendable hood is a unique feature that I haven't seen on similar models. Overall, this has been an excellent value that matches my other non LG appliances quite well.

Delivery from Best Buy was painless and on time. Installation was not difficult and operation is wonderful. Still not sold on the WiFi connectivity but it does add a few nice features. The wide array of sensor settings seem to work very well.

This microwave is exactly what we were looking for. During these holidays, its fan prevented the smoke detecting machines to go off throughout the entirety of our 3-hour span cooking. It also reheated our foods evenly in the plate (not just the bottom part). Overall, very happy with our purchase.
