I love the low profile look and it’s perfect for my kitchen. It’s a little challenging getting it connected to my phone but I finally did. I love it!

The exhaust fan is much better. The fans pop out to get more coverage. No more setting off fire alarms when the oven is on. Secondly it cooks more evenly.

It cooks food evenly and the cooking time matches our previous models, which helps avoid any over or under cooking. Nice size of the interior and has several easy cook settings. We love the fact that both the cooking alarm and the timer don't ring endlessly. It's just enough to remind us that the food is ready.

We also love the backlighting input keys. Most of the smart features seem over the top. Probably not going to use many of them. But it makes wonderful popcorn on the popcorn setting. Using the automatic setting to reheat has mixed results. Haven’t tried most of the other settings yet.

Only downside is the glass needs to be regularly cleaned due to fingerprints. Not surprising at all but something to consider since the controls are on the actual glass. It seems all appliance manufacturers have there reliability issues but I’ve had a lot of luck with LG vs. Samsung (utter garbage) and others. I’ll be sticking with them for a while.

Does not seem to heat evenly, but raising the item like on a box seems to help. Miss our Kitchenaid microwave ☹️

I am very happy with the purchase. The touchscreen buttons do take some getting used to but overall my family has been happy with the new microwave. I do like the viewing window however, I am too short to actually take advantage of it. I do wish I could change the chime though. We have all LG appliances except for the fridge and all of them are very song like chimes and my husband does not really like it. I do wish it could be changed through the app.
