    This highly rated model has been the perfect microwave for our large family. It cooks food evenly and the cooking time matches our previous models, which helps avoid any over or under cooking.     very nice. the tone when the alarm goes off is nice. Heats quickly. What used to take 2 1/2 minutes now takes 2 minutes! Very nice look too.

    This was purchased to replace a failing GE OTR microwave that came with the home. I am very happy with the purchase. The touchscreen buttons do take some getting used to but overall my family has been happy with the new microwave. I do like the viewing window however, I am too short to actually take advantage of it. I do wish I could change the chime though. We have all LG appliances except for the fridge and all of them are very song like chimes and my husband does not really like it. I do wish it could be changed through the app.

    Overall I am happy with the new microwave and it looks super nice. Only thing I am concerned is that…whenever ever I turn it on, I am hearing loud noise during startup. Which I have called the technician to fix it next week.
