    Microwave seems to function fine but wifi connectivity doesn't add any apprent value. I bought an open box model, which BB claimed to be in excellent condition. It was supposed to contain all necessary parts but mine didn't include mounting hardware or 2 of the 4 filters that are needed. Either BB mislabeled their description of the item or this product doesn't come with mounting hardware.

    Overall nice and quiet. However the bottom fan extension is plastic and it cracked either due to heat or general use.

    We love LG products but this microwave has serious issues with quality and noise. It is the loudest microwave ever, it makes so much noise you can hear it all over the house, we had service change the magneton under warranty, no improvement, and now the slide out fume panel is making a serious grinding sound ...DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU ARE HARD OF HEARING...Seriously poor quality but great design. I wish LG would reach out to us to replace the unit as the service guy and the sales guy at Best Buy both agreed it is a defective unit.
