    We love this microwave. It is easy to use and the pull out fan works great. It is very sleek and like the pull open drawer and no handle.

    Love our new microwave, it has an extension fan on it and touch scrren on the glass door. Very sharp and user friendly.

    Overall nice and quiet. However the bottom fan extension is plastic and it cracked either due to heat or general use.

    Microwave seems to function fine but wifi connectivity doesn't add any apprent value. I bought an open box model, which BB claimed to be in excellent condition. It was supposed to contain all necessary parts but mine didn't include mounting hardware or 2 of the 4 filters that are needed. Either BB mislabeled their description of the item or this product doesn't come with mounting hardware.

    Microwave is modern looking and nice extendavent feature. Only had it for a day and good replacement for old microwave. Removing 1 star as it did not arrived at the store on time and was delayed for a few days.
