    ZERO RATING Did not have zero clearance to open in our space so had the Best Buy Installers take it back for a refund. We called Best Buy and they would not take any responsibility for their contractors stealing the microwave! So, the charge card shows the charge for full installlation which did NOT happen.

    Horrible microwave. It stopped heating literally 4 months after I bought it. Had to recycle power and then it started back working. Went through this for 1yr before I got fed up and now looking for a new microwave
