    This deserves 0 star!! The microwave stopped heating just at 2 years. We purchased it in October 2023, and it stopped working in October 2025! The LG customer service just suggested troubleshooting steps I had already tried . And then suggested to use their flat rate service at $349. This is ridiculous. The quality of LG appliances is subpar. Stay away from LG

One helpful step you can try is performing a hard reset by unplugging the unit for 5 minutes, then plugging it back in to see if heating resumes.
