    Exactly what I wanted. This is a replacement for a LG Microwave that was installed and used daily for 14 years. I hope this one lasts that long.

    LG Service a DISASTER

    I almost never write reviews - and when I do, they are positive ones. Not this time! I am exhausted and frustrated to no end. I cannot believe the poor service LG has (not) provided in response to repairing this microwave. I bought the unit in November of 2023 and used it very little until it stopped working in October of 24 (10-11 months later). I called LG service and they sent a repair company out to fix it since it was still under the 1 year warranty. That company came out and said parts needed to be ordered. Once the part was in, they installed it - but it still had issues. So they came back and ordered another part. Still had issues. They came back and ordered another part. Still issues. In the end, they replaced the circuit board, door, instrument panel, touch user face and probably something else to no avail. And each time it was a hassle to meet them there (it is not where I live) and then wait for parts and meet again for the install. They came out over 6 times and finally said it should be replaced. But LG won't replace it. And now, even though the initial repair and warranty claim was made within the one year warranty period, because it is now out of warranty (although never fixed) they say they won't replace it. Total scam. Unbelievable. All they offered me was a courtesy repair visit AGAIN - but they won't replace the unit if that doesn't resolve the issues (half the buttons stopped working). If somehow it gets repaired, I will change this review. Otherwise, I will NEVER buy LG again. To deal with this for 6-7 months and then be told it's out of warranty is absurd and the opposite of customer service.

    I ordered this microwave and was told it couldnot be delivered for 2 weeks. Yesterday was delivery day and the app showed delivery wondo of 7:45 to 12:45 . I call customer service at 2 to find out when it would be delivered and told at 3. At 6:30 i called agsin snd was told my delivery was cancelled because the number they called was a wrong number. This is a number that i have not had for 4 years! I have changed my number 6 times now and they still refuse to use the correct one. Now i have to wait more than a week for my delivery! Such poor service and even poorer app. I will not be buying anything that I can’t pickup at yhe store from now on.

    We just bought an open box “excellent” condition and not only was it missing the plate that it attaches to on the wall but it doesn’t even heat up a cup of water. If this is their “excellent” condition, I’d hate to see what their “poor” condition is. First and last time I buy from Best Buy!!

    Bad Design

    Poor Design by LG. The Microwave looks beautiful but the Plastic ExtendVent is getting damaged by the heat coming from range below. This could be a potential Fire Hazard
