It's the best microwave ever! It's big enough to hold anything I can imagine cooking, and the high wattage makes for fast heating. I love how sleek it is. The controls are super intuitive, and I'm appreciating the extendable fan.

LG - 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking and EasyClean! LOVE THIS MICROWAVE! I thought it would take some time not having an exterior handle, not an issue. LOVE the Easy Clean interior, also the quick guide/menu inside the door. It has a great fan and light that extends over the store with just a push. I would highly recommend this microwave!

Microwave works well. The only comments I would make are 1) The extended extract hood had some cosmetic damage (chipped paint) 2) The keypad could do with being backlit 3) Monthly subscription is needed to connect Microwave to the cell phone App

This microwave is great and works well, the fan is powerful.

It does what it's supposed to do, but they are a couple of issues. 1. The control panel is not back lit, consequently very hard to read. 2. As typical with LG, the operation is very non-intuitive. Cook for a number of minuets is one procedure and for something involving seconds or power level is another.

Liked the size. Haven’t burned any popcorn yet. Oh is the way to go.

Great modern microwave. I love this microwave. I have had it for a few weeks now and I love that it doesn't have a handle. It's high powered, fits a lot and can alert my phone that the item I put in there has finished. I bought it on sale, so for the price it's been great. Really enjoy the pull out additional fans.

Microwave does its and ventilation does its job but once the ventilation range hood expands further it does not retract so now I have to call the geek squad to get it serviced and it’s only been less than a month… wow LG products

Looks and works very well. Premium product for the price. The extendable exhaust is an added bonus.

There is a long wait for help. We ask 3 people for help. 1 was on his phone (not work) the other was working with the computer (not sure) the other said I'm on break. Waited about 20 minutes to show someone what I wanted. He then stated it would take 45 to get it ready (cool) we came back 2 hours later and pick up cashier stated he didn't have anything paid for in my name. Got my receipt stood there 15 minutes went back to the microwaves waited until I seen the guy I paid, and he said it's not ready. I said, well you told us 45 minutes we went to eat it's been now 1 1/2 hours. He came out with the microwave 30 minutes later. I love it but it was a hassle.
