    The microwave works fine. The problem is the menu are pushbutton on the front is not backlit and it makes it difficult to see the numbers unless your kitchen is very well lit

    We love LG products but this microwave has serious issues with quality and noise. It is the loudest microwave ever, it makes so much noise you can hear it all over the house, we had service change the magneton under warranty, no improvement, and now the slide out fume panel is making a serious grinding sound ...DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU ARE HARD OF HEARING...Seriously poor quality but great design. I wish LG would reach out to us to replace the unit as the service guy and the sales guy at Best Buy both agreed it is a defective unit.
